Terms of sale
These terms apply to every order placed through matrixhealthuk.com, WhatsApp, or email with Matrix Health And Wellness Ltd.
Last updated (draft): 1 September 2026. This version is for internal approval and must not be treated as the live terms until the draft banner is removed.
1. Who we are
The seller is Matrix Health And Wellness Ltd, company number 17209865, incorporated in England and Wales on 11 May 2026, trading as Matrix Health & Research. Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Director: Andrew James Mowles.

The site is a custom static HTML and JavaScript shop. Placing an order (on the site, by WhatsApp, or by email) is an offer to buy on these terms. A contract is formed when we confirm that we have accepted the order and received cleared payment.
2. Research-use-only restriction
All peptides, research chemicals, and related laboratory materials are supplied as research-use-only (RUO) reagents:
- They are for in vitro and laboratory research by qualified persons only.
- They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, administration, compounding into a medicine, or use as a food, cosmetic, or medical device.
- They have not been evaluated by the MHRA, the FDA, or any other regulatory authority as safe or effective for any therapeutic purpose.
- Nothing on the website — including science summaries, catalogue copy, or Certificates of Analysis supplied on request — is a medical claim, a dosing instruction, or an invitation to use the materials in or on humans or animals.
- You are responsible for lawful possession, storage, labelling, and disposal in your laboratory, including COSHH and local rules.
If we reasonably believe an order is for human or veterinary use, we will refuse or cancel it and refund any payment we can still reverse, less non-recoverable network fees on crypto transfers.
3. Who may buy
You must be 18 or over. Research chemicals are sold only to qualified researchers who accept the on-site research-use acknowledgement before viewing the catalogue. You confirm that you have the facilities and competence to handle lyophilised peptides and laboratory consumables safely.
We sell research chemicals to United Kingdom addresses only. We will not dispatch research chemicals to Northern Ireland if a legal restriction applies at the time of the order, or to any non-UK address. If you enter a non-UK delivery address for a research chemical, we will cancel that line and refund it.
The contact-page note that “supplements ship to EU and selected international destinations” does not currently apply: no supplement products are live on the catalogue. If supplements are added later, international eligibility will be stated on the product page and in an updated version of these terms.
4. Catalogue, prices, and stock
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where VAT is due. We may change a price before we accept an order. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout or confirmed on WhatsApp for that order.
The live catalogue is the products.js file used by the shop. Profile pages, bundle builders, and marketing headings can lag behind that file. If there is a conflict, the accepted order confirmation (item, strength, price, and stock status we actually confirm) wins. We do not guarantee that every compound named in a page title or science card is in stock.
A Certificate of Analysis is available on request for peptide batches we currently sell. Email admin@matrixhealthuk.com with your order number and product. We aim to send the relevant CoA within one business day. We do not invent batch data; if a CoA is not yet on file we will say so.
5. Orders and payment
You can order through the site basket, by email, or on WhatsApp. We currently accept:
- Faster Payments / UK bank transfer, including Wise where you choose to send a transfer to the details we give you privately after the order;
- Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT, and Litecoin, as shown in the footer);
- WhatsApp order flow for customers who prefer to confirm the basket in chat.
Card payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe are not currently enabled. If the checkout offers a card button and Stripe is not configured, the site falls back to WhatsApp. Do not send card numbers by email or WhatsApp.
The order is not accepted until payment has cleared (bank/Wise) or the crypto transaction has the confirmations we require. Crypto payments are irreversible once broadcast; quote the order reference we give you. We never publish bank details or wallet addresses on a public HTML page as part of these terms.
6. Dispatch (2pm weekday claim)
As currently stated on the site: UK orders placed before 2:00pm on a weekday (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) are scheduled for dispatch that working day. Orders placed after 2:00pm, or on a weekend or bank holiday, are scheduled for the next working day. We pack from our London base in discreet packaging and send with tracked Royal Mail or courier.
This is an operational target, not a guaranteed timed service. Courier events, stock checks, payment holds, and CoA queries can delay a parcel. We will tell you if we cannot meet the 2pm cut-off for your order. “Same-day” and “next-day” wording on different pages of the live site should be read as this 2pm weekday dispatch claim until the copy is unified (see the internal punch list).
Risk in the goods passes when we hand the parcel to the carrier. Title passes when we have received cleared payment.
7. Shipping
UK shipping is a flat £5.00. UK shipping is free on orders of £75.00 or more, as shown in the basket. Research chemicals ship UK-only. You must give a deliverable UK address and ensure someone can receive a tracked parcel. We are not responsible for an incorrect address you supply, or for a parcel marked delivered by the carrier to that address.
Cold-chain language on product pages describes how we pack lyophilised vials for UK transit. It is not a promise of a monitored temperature log to the door.
8. Returns, refunds, and the 30-day supplement guarantee
Research chemicals and peptides are non-returnable once dispatched, including unopened vials. That is because of the nature of the products (batch identity, storage, and the fact they are not consumer medicines). We will not accept a change-of-mind return on research chemicals.
A 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to supplement products. No supplement products are live on the catalogue at the date of this draft. Until a supplement SKU is actually offered for sale, the 30-day badge on shop.html should not be read as covering peptides, nasal sprays, or lab kits. If supplements are launched, the 30-day right will apply only to those SKUs, in unused saleable condition, and will be restated on the product page.
If we send the wrong item, a short shipment, or goods damaged in transit, email admin@matrixhealthuk.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace or refund that line at our option.
Nothing in this section takes away any right you cannot legally waive. These goods are sold as RUO laboratory materials, not as medicines or food supplements for personal use.
9. Laboratory supplies
Bacteriostatic water, syringes, mixing supplies, gloves, and wipes are sold as laboratory consumables for reconstitution and handling of research materials in a lab setting. They are not a medical kit and are not supplied for administration to a person or animal.
10. Website content
Science pages summarise published preclinical (and, where the literature includes it, early-phase) research. They are not a protocol for human use. Descriptions of receptor pathways, animal models, or clinical-trial literature do not mean the Matrix Health SKU is a licensed medicine or that we recommend any in vivo use.
You must not scrape, republish, or present our catalogue as your own. Product images and copy remain ours.
11. Liability
We supply RUO materials as described on the accepted order and any CoA we issue for that batch. We do not accept liability for misuse, for use in or on humans or animals, or for research results. Our liability for a proven defect in goods we supplied is limited to replacement of that line or refund of the price paid for it.
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that English law does not allow us to exclude. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost research time, or lost profit.
12. Events outside our control
We are not in breach of these terms for delay or failure caused by events we could not reasonably control, including carrier disruption, payment-network outages, Cloudflare or hosting incidents, or lawful seizure of a parcel.
13. Privacy
How we use personal data is described in our privacy notice. Creating an account, submitting the contact form, or messaging us on WhatsApp is also covered there.
14. Changes and law
We may update these terms for new SKUs, payment methods, or legal changes. The version that applies to an order is the version on this page when we accept that order. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
