All UK orders placed before 2pm on business days are dispatched next-day. We use tracked Royal Mail and courier services.
Do you offer a returns policy?
Yes — 30-day money-back guarantee on all supplement products if you're not satisfied. Research chemicals are non-returnable due to the nature of the products.
Can I request a Certificate of Analysis?
Yes. Email admin@matrixhealthuk.com with your order number and the product. We'll send the relevant CoA within one business day.
Do you ship internationally?
