What are your shipping times?
All UK orders placed before 2pm on business days are dispatched next-day. We use tracked Royal Mail and courier services.
Do you offer a returns policy?
Research peptides and laboratory reagents are non-returnable once dispatched due to the nature of the products. Damaged-in-transit claims: email admin@matrixhealthuk.com with your order number within 48 hours of delivery.
Can I request a Certificate of Analysis?
Yes. Email admin@matrixhealthuk.com with your order number and the product. We'll send the relevant CoA within one business day.
Do you ship internationally?
