How a research order works

Research use

Peptides and research chemicals are supplied for in vitro laboratory research only. They are not for human or veterinary consumption. Buyers confirm they are 18 or over. Supply is to UK addresses.

Price and shipping

Prices are in pounds sterling. UK shipping is a flat £5. Shipping is free when the post-discount goods total is £75 or more. Shipping itself is not discounted. Powder vials are sold by strength. Nasal sprays are separate lines. A pen is not included with a powder vial. Bacteriostatic water 3ml is an optional +£4.99 add-on on powder-vial pages. Research kits include 3ml water, offer a 10ml upgrade at +£5.99, and require a choice of research syringes at +£5 or a lab injection device at +£10. Paying by crypto reduces goods by 10%. Bank details and wallet addresses are issued privately after an order is accepted. They are not published on this website.

Payment

The desk accepts Faster Payments (bank transfer), cryptocurrency in BTC, USDT, or LTC, and card payment arranged on WhatsApp at +44 7347 653219 between 9am and 9pm UK time. Dispatch and returns

The operational target is dispatch the same weekday when an accepted, paid order is placed by 12pm (midday), Monday to Friday UK time, excluding UK bank holidays. That is a target, not a guaranteed timed service. Research chemicals are not returnable for change of mind once dispatched. Email admin@matrixhealthuk.com within 48 hours if a parcel arrives damaged or short, with the order number and photographs.

Certificates

A Certificate of Analysis for a peptide batch currently sold can be requested from admin@matrixhealthuk.com with the order number and product. The aim is to send it within one business day when it is on file.

Liability and law

Materials are supplied as research reagents described on the accepted order. Misuse, including any use in or on humans or animals, is outside the supply. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow a seller to limit.
