What this site stores

The basket, the research-use acknowledgement, a sign-in (email and name only), and orders are stored in your browser. Passwords typed into the account form are not saved. Card numbers are not collected here. Opening WhatsApp or sending email is a separate message you choose to send.

Order records

Checkout collects a delivery name, UK address, email, optional laboratory name and role, basket lines, and the payment method. Bank transfers use the payer name and reference. Crypto payments are confirmed on a public ledger. WhatsApp messages are also processed by Meta under its own terms. Card numbers are not stored by the shop; card pay, when used, is arranged in WhatsApp rather than typed into the site.

Why and how long

Order and payment records are kept for the contract and for UK accounting, generally six years. Enquiries are kept while the conversation is open and for a short period afterwards. You can ask for access, correction, or deletion where the law allows, by emailing admin@matrixhealthuk.com. You can also complain to the ICO.

What not to send

Do not send health information, card numbers, or identity documents in a contact form or WhatsApp chat. The shop does not run a clinic and does not keep patient records.
